Right of Withdrawal
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
Every item you order from us is printed by hand for you ("print-on-demand"). Therefore, there are certain reasons why the right of withdrawal is not valid.
The following reasons are excluded from revocation:
- Customer ordering the wrong size
- The customer has changed his mind and no longer wants the product.
- The customer has changed his mind and wants a different product color.
- Personalized items and items made specifically for the customer
The following reasons are not excluded from revocation:
- The product has a specific defect and is not as described.
- The customer was sent the wrong size.

Please ensure that your return shipment is adequately stamped. If a package arrives with insufficient postage or postage, the shipping provider's fee of €20-30 will be deducted from the refund, depending on the shipping provider.
We also recommend shipping with insurance. This allows you to track your return and is protected in case of loss by the shipping company.
For returns without a completed return form, returns outside the specified period or returns without an express cancellation within the statutory cancellation period, a processing fee of 20 euros will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund.
We can only accept returns of unused items in perfect condition. Dirty or damaged items cannot be refunded! Items must be in their original condition, including all tags and hygiene seals, and must not show any signs of wear such as deodorant or makeup stains, perfume residue, or pet hair.
After successfully inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used.
5. Returns due to undeliverability
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an address error or is not picked up from the branch or packing station in time and is therefore returned to us, we offer two options:
1. A new shipment in the amount of the actual shipping costs according to the order.
2. Cancellation of the order, in which case a return and processing fee of 20 euros will be deducted from the refund amount.
