Shipping policy

1. How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the respective provider (post office, DHL, etc.). We charge the exact shipping costs that we also have to pay.

Austria: from 6.99 euros
EU countries & international: from 6.90 euros

3. How long does delivery take?

Austria: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–8 business days.

Europe: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–8 business days.

USA: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–8 business days.

Other countries: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–30 business days.

In isolated cases, delivery may take a little longer.

Please note: The processing time required to prepare the order for shipping is not included in the delivery time.

4. Information

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees may apply, which are not covered by us and must be borne by you. These include, among other things, bank fees for international payments (e.g., transfer or exchange rate fees) as well as import duties or taxes such as customs duties. 5. Information on returns

All items you order from us are printed by hand for you (“print-on-demand”). For this reason, there are some circumstances in which the right of withdrawal does not apply.

The following reasons are excluded from withdrawal:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size.
  • The customer has changed their mind and no longer wants the product.
  • The customer has changed their mind and wants a different product color.
  • Personalized items and items made specifically for the customer

The following reasons are not excluded from revocation:

  • The product has a specific defect and is not as described.
  • The customer was sent the wrong size.

Returns are only possible if the goods are unused and in perfect condition. Soiled or damaged items cannot be refunded.
